Face Yoga - also known as facial yoga or face yoga - combines targeted exercises for the facial muscles with relaxation and massage. In the Lift & Glow Basics Workshop, Julia Kitschenberg, owner of Blanda Beauty, shows you how to consciously activate and strengthen selected facial muscles, relax areas that are excessively tense, and use massage, lymphatic techniques, and tapping to create a fresher, more radiant glow.

The aim is not to tense as many muscles as strongly as possible. Good yoga exercises for the face are targeted: some muscles benefit from activation and improved tone, while areas such as the forehead, eyebrows, and chewing muscles often need relaxation instead.

You will learn the exercises step by step and find out which facial muscles are working and what matters for correct execution. Afterwards, you can put together a short facial yoga routine at home and easily integrate Face Yoga into your beauty routine.

Who is the Face Yoga workshop suitable for?

For anyone who wants to discover Face Yoga or facial yoga and learn how to specifically train and relax the facial muscles. The workshop is especially interesting if you want to give your face a fresher, more expressive appearance, improve muscle tone, or release tension in areas such as the jaw, forehead, and around the eyes.

Even if you already know individual facial yoga exercises from videos or social media, personal guidance will help you perform the movements more consciously and precisely. With facial yoga in particular, it is important to activate the desired muscle without creating unnecessary tension elsewhere at the same time.

Lift - Release - Glow

Our approach combines three elements that belong together in Face Yoga and holistic facial muscle training:

Lift - specifically activate the facial muscles
We work with the eye area, cheeks, mouth, jawline, and neck. The Face Yoga exercises help you target and strengthen individual facial muscles more consciously - ideally without unintentionally tensing your forehead, jaw, or other areas.

Release - release tension in the face
Not every part of the face needs more activity. The forehead, eyebrows, temples, and chewing muscles in particular often hold a lot of tension. That is why the facial exercises alternate with short massage and release sequences.

Glow - massage & lymphatic techniques
Gentle lymphatic techniques, tapping, and facial massage complement the muscle training. They stimulate the skin mechanically and can promote circulation. As a result, the face may look fresher, more relaxed, and more vibrant immediately after the session.

Please note

• If possible, come without makeup so that we can perform the massage and Face Yoga exercises directly on the skin.
• We will provide everything you need during the workshop on site.
• The workshop is intentionally limited to a maximum of six participants. This leaves enough time for personal guidance, questions, and corrections.
• Free cancellation is possible up to seven days before the workshop. After that, the participation fee can no longer be refunded. However, you can of course transfer your place to someone else.

What is Face Yoga or facial yoga?
Face Yoga is targeted training for the face. It combines exercises for the facial muscles with relaxation, facial massage, and gentle lymphatic techniques. Depending on the area of the face, the aim may be to strengthen the muscles, improve conscious muscle control, or release tension.

Can facial muscles really be trained?
Yes. Like the rest of the skeletal muscles, the facial muscles can be trained. Targeted Face Yoga exercises can improve muscle control and tone. At the same time, strengthening is not beneficial everywhere - some areas benefit more from relaxation and massage.

Is the Face Yoga workshop suitable for beginners?
Yes. No prior knowledge is required. The facial yoga exercises are explained and performed together step by step. We pay particular attention to avoiding unwanted compensatory movements and unnecessary tension.

How often should you do Face Yoga?
Consistency is more important than long training sessions. Even short sessions can easily be integrated into your daily or several-times-a-week beauty routine. In the workshop, you will learn exercises that you can easily repeat at home afterwards.

Which areas are trained with facial yoga?
